- Sediment samples were collected at ten sites within Mobile Bay and Mississippi Sound on January 28, 2013, for PAH analysis. All samples tested were below detection limits for PAHs.

- To see if Deepwater Horizon oil spill residue might be affecting shrimp catch in areas of Mobile Bay and Mississippi Sound that had previously produced good shrimp catches.

- Each sediment sample was analyzed for the following poly-aromatic hydrocarbons: phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthrene, benzo(k)fluoranthrene, benzo(a)pyrene, indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene, dibenzo(a,h)anthracene, and Benzo(g,h,i)pyrelene. None were detected in any of the samples. Detailed sample-by-sample results are available both as a TestAmerica Analytical Report (Job ID 700-74273-1) and in raw format (but computer-readable) as a comma-delimited ASCII text file.
